How reviews run
Hosted reviews start from the GitHub App. The CLI and your own CI are optional and separate.
A hosted review has a repository you enabled, a recorded base and head, the official review/code package, and a Doomer check plus an informational GitHub review. Inference uses the provider a platform administrator configured. You do not pass a model key.
Configure behavior in Overrides, Stampy Stamp, and Review feedback.
Set up
Enablement, the GitHub App, and the first pull request.
OpenWhat a review does
The official package, check results, and the review page.
OpenRepos
Which repositories run, summary comments, and the posting threshold.
OpenChecks and /doomer run
Success, neutral, and failure, plus who can rerun a review.
OpenIssue sources

OpenIntent and provenance
Linked issues, inferred intent, Git AI notes, and attack paths.
OpenCLI and self-managed CI
Run your own packages locally or in GitHub Actions or Depot when you need a different reviewer or your own provider key. That path is documented under CLI and packages. It does not replace Repos, and hosted reviews do not read your workflow file.
