npm test type-checks and bundles the release artifact before running rule, change-scope, determinism, grouping, false-positive, and packaged-runtime tests.

Rule acceptance criteria

Every rule must include:

• a focused vulnerable fixture;
• a clean counterexample;
• negative coverage for comments, strings, aliases, or unrelated frameworks as appropriate;
• an exact repository-relative file and one-based line;
• changed-line behavior for patch reviews;
• deterministic ordering and grouping; and
• a recommendation that names a concrete Playwright alternative.

Target repository code must never be imported or executed. New runtime dependencies must be bundled and added to the build's full-license inventory.
